How is the translation performed?
Identification
Before initiating the translation process, the character of the text is analyzed to determine if transcreation and/or localization are also necessary.
Terminology
The process always begins with establishing the terminology. If specific terminology is already in use, efforts are made to adapt to it. When provided with a TBX or TMX file, it is used as the basis for the translation.
Translation
Once the terminology is established, the text is translated using dictionaries, available databases, machine translation (MT), and artificial intelligence (AI). The work is carried out in CAT tools, word processors, or client-specific software as requested.
Proofreading
Both humans and machines are capable of making errors. Therefore, all texts are proofread upon completion of the translation. Errors such as syntax mistakes, particle errors, and incorrect word order are reviewed. Any detected errors are corrected, and the text is always reviewed by a native speaker.
Quality Assurance
Before the final formatting of the text, a quality control is conducted. If the text, in our assessment, does not meet a satisfactory level, it is returned to the proofreading phase. During quality control, consistency in word choice throughout the text is also ensured.
Formatting
The text is always formatted before delivery. We ensure uniform typography, adjust margins, and clarify paragraph divisions. If the translation is intended for a website, we also ensure a responsive design.
